Fell Foot - Wellness Wednesday Workouts

Wellness Wednesdays concentrate on physical, mental and social wellbeing in amongst the beautiful surroundings of Fell Foot. Keeping active together in a supportive group with the aim of improving our fitness, flexibility & confidence is at the heart of this class. Well be constantly evolving exercises based around very adaptable workout stations to create your own bespoke circuit for your whole body. Booking Not Needed.
A National Trust Event - Start 14:00. End 15:00. Normal Admission Charges Apply. We’ll meet down at the Active Base. As you pull into Fell Foot, turn right where the road forks and there’s a car park next for Active Base users. Check website for latest information.
