Christmas Course - A Good Heart Always Gives Good Results

This special Christmas course offers an opportunity to listen to, reflect and meditate on methods to overcome issues such as stress, depression, anger and so forth, and to develop a good heart and a happy, peaceful mind. We will learn how to develop and maintain such a precious good heart all the time in our daily life and how it has the power to bring great joy and happiness to everyone - our families, friends, people we work with and beyond. The course includes food and accommodation for those who wish, including a celebratory vegetarian Christmas lunch. Past attendees have described the Christmas courses as ‘reviving’ and have felt ‘taken care of in a peaceful environment’. Manjushri Centre is a magical setting for meditation courses and retreats, providing ideal conditions for you to find some authentic peace and happiness, away from the stresses and strains of daily life.
