The First World War Naval Blockade, Myth and Reality
Tutor: Professor Eric Grove who will provide an overview of the British Naval blockade of Germany during the First World War. The myth of the First World War British Naval blockade of Germany began as soon as war broke out. It did not and only later did it become effective. The war was unnecessarily prolonged.
Lecture will commence promptly at 2pm - 4-30pm (doors open 1-15pm) Fee: £10.00 which includes afternoon tea.
