Herbology 'Spring Greens'
Nicola Fenton is a Medical Herbalist whose main aim is to use the power of plants to nurture and improve people’s health and wellbeing. Spring is most definitely on its way - the nights are getting lighter and we’re starting to think about coming out of hibernation. In this workshop we’ll greet the herbs that can refresh and regenerate us in preparation for the new season and rid us of any of those sluggish winter feelings! We’ll be tea tasting and juicing some spring greens to get you inspired!
