Cunningham Hill Road Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Set on opposite sides of a tree lined road, these two ½ acre gardens have a similar mature backdrop, but differ in their aspects and design. No. 25 has been developed by the owner for more than 25 years to include ponds and a rock/ bog garden, large lawns, double herbaceous borders, a wild meadow area, and a rose trellis concealing a sizeable fruit, vegetable and nursery garden with seating. No. 28 while retaining many of the mature planting from its origins in the thirties, has mainly been planted in the last 6 years, by an established garden designer, to provide a peaceful haven of lawns, flanked by mixed borders, leading to a mature wooded area.
