Seated Tai Chi
Tai Chi has positive effects on posture, balance, concentration and quality of life reducing stress and tension. As a gentle ‘soft’ form of exercise it is suitable for anyone regardless of age or fitness with great benefits for physical and mental health. Weekly classes seated designed for those with mobility issues.
