Seated Tai Chi Taster
Tai Chi has positive effects on posture, balance, concentration and quality of life reducing stress and tension. As a gentle ‘soft’ form of exercise it is suitable for anyone regardless of age or fitness with great benefits for physical and mental health. Seated Tai Chi is specifically designed for those with mobility issues.
