South Indian Cooking Class
A region of great charm, southern India offers some of the best food in the country – with its large coastline and more tropical climate, the dishes from southern Indian include fresh ingredients like coconut, a wide range of seafood, freshly ground spice pastes, rice based dishes and many more.
In the South Indian cookery class, we aim to take one dish from each southern state to teach you a whole new range of Indian dishes which you probably wouldn’t come across at your local Indian restaurant. This class will give you the unique opportunity to expand your repertoire in Indian cuisine by learning new techniques and creating delicious food to take home.
You’ll learn to create a range of dishes such as; Masala Dosa, Vada, Sambar, Goan Fish Curry, and Mangalorean Chicken Ghee Roast.
