Wallington - Learn to Nordic walk
Take part in beginner Nordic walking sessions at Wallington. A great chance to get out, get active and meet new people. You will be taught the INWA 10 Step Method of Nordic Walking before setting off on a nice relaxing stroll around the picturesque estate of Wallington. Each session will last for 2 hours and walking poles are provided, so all you need to bring are some suitable shoes and an enthusiastic attitude.
