Join local artist Tina Cunningham for four sessions to create your own Creative Mindfulness Nature Journal. Experience a range of activities that engage and immerse all the senses and promote a deeper understanding of the natural world. This special project is designed to help create personal memories and understanding about the natural world which you will document in your own sketchbook.
