The Needles Old Battery and New Battery - Spring Flower Spotter
With the arrival of spring, colour and new growth comes to the Needles Headland. Little explorers can pick up a free nature trail at the Battery to help them spot spring wildflowers. Pick up a leaflet from visitor reception and head out around the Battery to spot the delicate flowers that grow on the grassy downs. Booking Not Needed. Great for those aged 7-12 years. Dogs on leads welcome.
