A 10 week course to get you ready to run a Trust10, led by National Trust run leaders. Every Sunday from the 23rd of February to the 19th of April, ready for the April Trust10. Who's it for'
-Anyone who wants to start or get into running after a break.
-Anyone who fancies a challenge
-Anyone over the age of 18.
How active do I need to be'
-You can walk at a brisk walk for 30 minutes with brief periods of running included

A National Trust Event - Gates open 08:30. Start 09:00. End 10:00. Normal Admission Charges Apply. Discovery Centre, and then at set locations every week. Check website for latest information.
