Join us for gentle exercise, mental relaxation and fresh air with an hour of Tai Chi in the tranquil gardens of Smallhythe Place. A hour of gentle exercise promoting mental relaxation and physical fitness. Concentrating on correct posture and breathing, experience the fluid, graceful and well balanced movements of Tai Chi which promote harmony of body and mind.
