Chinese Exercise Classes
This regular weekly class offers all the health benefits of a conventional Tai Chi class without the need to follow a lengthy syllabus or practise intensively between classes. It’s ideal for people with health issues, balance problems, or just for anyone who wants to stay fit and healthy but has not done much exercise for a while.
In light of the recent announcement that “social prescribing” is to become an important part of GPs’ work, this could be literally “just what the doctor ordered”.
