Crowborough care home explores heart health with free advice event
A care home in Crowborough is inviting the local community to a free event to learn more about heart health and leading a healthy lifestyle.
On Wednesday 18th March, from 2pm-4pm, the Care UK team at Heather View, on Beacon Road, will open the home’s doors for its ‘Heart Health’ event.
Joana Silva, a cardiac rehabilitation nurse at Tunbridge Wells Hospital, will be covering a number of topics to help raise awareness of heart disease, as well as offering advice and tips on what you can do
