Yin Yoga with Mindfulness. 7.30 - 9pm. Everyone welcome
Join me for a relaxed evening of Yin Yoga with mindfulness in a friendly, supportive atmosphere. In Yin Yoga we hold postures for longer, up to 5 minutes. Mostly floor based, it gives you a chance to relax your muscles and be in the present moment. We focus on the breath and the sensations and I'll teach you how to practice being mindful within the postures. Beneficial for the back and for overall flexibility Yin Yoga is a wonderfully relaxing practice.
7.30 - 9pm. Only £10 pr session. Any level, no experience required. Mats provided.
