A Midsummer Night's Dream

Spend a summer evening in the beautiful gardens of Wolvesey Palace by kind permission of the Bishop of Winchester. The gardens will be open from 6pm for evening performances and 1pm for the Saturday matinee. BRING YOUR OWN CHAIR AND A PICNIC and meet those familiar friends who can still surprise you: the bickering lovers, the meddling fairies, and Nick Bottom with his troupe of earnest amateur actors. All the family will love this, the most accessible and well loved of Shakespeare’s comedies.

Performances at 7.30 pm (finish time approx 10 pm)
Matinee (on Saturday only) 2.30 pm
