Newby Hall Tractor Fest 2020
The largest outdoor Tractor Festival in the UK takes place at award-winning country house and gardens, Newby Hall, Ripon, North Yorkshire.
The two-day event showcases thousands of vintage tractors, cars, lorries, stationary engines and motorcycles, making it a great day out for all the family.
This year the festival has a Centenarian theme with 100 pre-1920 cars and 100 1920 vintage tractors on show.
There will be a special exhibition of Case tractors and machinery, and another displaying early horse drawn and tractor implements. Case tractors were imported to the UK during World War I to help boost home-grown food production and were also used for the large-scale farming operations behind the lines in France to provide food for troops and forage for horses and mules.
Tractor Fest attracts thousands of visitors every year – tractor owners, collectors and enthusiasts as well as families from across the country.
