Wellbeing July

After such a difficult time for so many we recognise the need for wellbeing in the great outdoors and making time for you. Offering the perfect blend of beauty, nature and peace, the stunning grounds of Basing House are a wonderful place to relax and unwind.

Escape from the strange uncertainties of current times for a while and simply be at one with yourself and nature. Take a gentle stroll and follow our free Wellbeing Trail around the site, book onto a wellbeing class in the walled garden or just simply come and sit in the peaceful grounds for a while.

Running throughout July will be the Wellbeing Trail designed to allow visitors to explore the site at their own pace and give helpful tips and short exercises on wellbeing. There will be wellbeing workshops every Wednesday morning and afternoon in the Knot Garden starting 8th July. Attendees for the workshops will need to bring their own mat and water bottle and we advise arriving 15 minutes before the class begins. The classes are being run by the tutors from the Hartley Wintney Yoga Studio and will be around an hour long.
