Global forum on inclusion
CFC Big Ideas, an international communications agency with offices in Kyiv and Dubai, has announced its new Global Inclusion Online Forum project, which will take place on September 3-10, 2020 and plans to bring together more than 5,000 participants from around the world.
The Global Inclusion Online Forum is the first event of its scale in the online space to bring together leading leaders and experts on diversity and inclusion, HR consultants, business owners and top managers who want to make their business more inclusive. The week-long event consists of two days of panel discussions, speeches and a startup competition, followed by six days of practical workshops.
“In the past, most international diversity and inclusion events have been exclusive premium gatherings of opinion leaders and leaders in the largest corporations. In light of recent developments in the United States, which have resonated around the world, more and more top executives are realizing the need to spread knowledge about diversity and inclusion among all departments, divisions, offices and functional services of their corporations. Our Forum should become a powerful global platform for the world's best practitioners, which will allow them to effectively share their knowledge with the rest of the corporate world, said Konstantin Gridin, partner of CFC Big Ideas and organizer of the Forum.
The speakers of the Forum are representatives of the world's largest organizations involved in the fight for human rights and diversity, including UN Women, United Nations Foundation, International Labor Organization, Human Rights Campaign, Women in Tech and Wikimedia. A number of leading global corporations that have delegated their top leaders in diversity to speak at the forum: Amazon, Bloomberg LP, Danone, Deloitte, EY, IBM, IKEA group, Pfizer, SAP, Sodexo, Wipro and others.
