Mindful Movement Class - suitable for all
Be amazed at how small gentle movements can change your life. You will learn how to change habitual patterns that may be hindering you and even causing you pain.
In this class you will develop deeper awareness and explore in a mindful way how to make changes to release patterns of tension. You will be guided through easy movements that will affect your whole well being.
It is suitable for all and is adaptable to individual needs.
This is not a Pilates or Yoga class.
