(Online Event)- A Sacred Journey with Natty Mark Samuels

You are invited on an interactive journey, around parts of sub-Saharan Africa, to explore the ancient and medieval art.
Natty Mark Samuels invites young people aged 14+ on a journey exploring the sculpting traditions of West and Central Africa.
What was the significance of the Pwo mask, or the Mboko statuette? Come and enjoy this pilgrimage, to the lands where the ancestors rule.
Natty Mark Samuels is the founder of the African School, a cultural education project based in Oxford. He works as an adult tutor for Abingdon and Witney College, and also delivers workshops at Brookes University for the Equality/ Diversity and Art departments.
