Strength and Balance Exercise Classes via Zoom

These classes are 30 minutes long.
There will be:
Balance classes a standing class for falls prevention.
Strength classes these can be performed seated or standing, using dumbbells or filled containers as hand weights.
Theraband/resistance band for strength, can be performed seated or standing.
Back Care strengthening, stretching and mobility exercises to care for your back
There will be NO floor based work in these sessions.
£1.50 per ½ hour class, pay in advance.

Tuesday 3rd at 10.30am = balance
Tuesday 3rd at 11.15am = strength
Thursday 5th at 10am = theraband
Friday 6th at 10.30am = balance
Friday 6th at 11.15am = strength
Tuesday 10th at 10.30am = balance
Tuesday 10th at 11.15am = strength
Thursday 12th at 10am = Back care
Friday 13th at 10.30am = balance
Friday 13th at 11.15am = strength
Tuesday 17th at 10.30am = balance
Tuesday 17th at 11.15am = strength
Thursday 19th at 10am = theraband
