How to make Panettone
This is an interactive workshop to show you how simple it is to produce your own dough, to make a delicious Panettone!
This is an Italian type of sweet bread originally from Milan, usually prepared and enjoyed for Christmas and New Year. It has now spread and is available worldwide, as a seasonal treat.
The session will involve a brief introduction to Panettone, followed by a demonstration on how to make it. There will be the opportunity to ask any questions, then it is over to you to have a go and make your own! These would make ideal personalised Christmas gifts.
Ingredient list, equipment required, and recipe will be emailed to you before the session, but will basically consist of a mixing bowl, mixing spoon, kitchen scales, oven and an apron
Session time: 10.00-10.45am
Cost: £5.00 or FREE if you are in receipt of a means-tested benefit
