Making Pain Meaningful
In life, things go wrong – physically, emotionally, financially – and when they do it hurts. Normally that pain has no value – it just brings us down – but through special meditation techniques we can make that pain meaningful so that it helps us grow as a person and become stronger, kinder and more able to help ourselves and others. Eventually by mastering these techniques we will conquer all fears and enjoy a constant calm. This course will be based on Venerable Geshe Kelsang Gyatso Rinpoche’s book The New Eight Steps to Happiness.
