Aftershock Bootcamp

Aftershock Bootcamp are all about getting the best out of you.

We run 12 week programmes that aim to help you improve mobility, fitness, lifestyle and weight management. During this time we will support you with preparation, motivation, nutrition and planning both at sessions and with regular catch ups to ensure you get the best out of the programme and are hopefully ready for the next!

Our sessions, weather dependent, are held outside at various locations around Bexhill specifically cho
Monday, Wednesday & Friday 0600-0700 (men) 1830-1930 (mixed)
Tuesday, Thursday 0600-0700 (ladies)
Saturday 0800-0900 (mixed)
Various outdoor spaces in Bexhill East Sussex TN39 3PE
