Fitness Tai Chi
Qi Gong and Tai Chi exercises to promote health, reduce stress and improve quality of life. Practised around the world for thousands of years, Tai Chi opens energy channels to activate the body’s own healing mechanism. No previous experience necessary, open to anyone over 18 years.
Tuesdays 6pm-6.50pm. Online Club membership fee £5 followed by monthly subscription of £16 gives access to Tai Chi plus all my online classes each week, plus videos and newsletter. Reductions for people with long-term neurological conditions.
