Thresholds
Thresholds is our first digital exhibition and sees three artists react to the current crisis, responding to conflicted and complicated relationships with home.
The exhibition, Thresholds, explores artists Sonia Boué, Lindsay Duncanson and Catriona Gallagher’s reflections on changing relations to home and their work as artists during the Covid-19 pandemic. The artworks – photographs and films – were specially created for this digital exhibition and are accompanied by a new essay.
The exhibition is organised by MIMA’s Associate Curator Aidan Moesby, as part of the Curatorial Commissions Programme, in collaboration with DASH. This programme supports Disabled curators to develop their practices and careers through working with MIMA, Midlands Arts Centre (MAC), Birmingham and Wysing Arts Centre, Cambridge
Visit the exhibition online at www.mima.art/exhibition, on until 17 January 2021.
