The Terrace Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
Collection of four gardens nestled along a south-facing hillside known as The Hag. All with stunning views of the Coxwold-Gilling Gap and Howardian Hills beyond. Bramleys: plantswoman's garden with winding paths through naturalistic planting and wildflower orchard. Orchard House: beekeepers' garden with an emphasis on wildlife and fruit and vegetable production. Ewe Cote: traditional cottage garden full of roses and perennial favourites and a small orchard. Pavilion House: terraced garden, creating different 'rooms' and planting themes. Please note that Bramleys and Pavilion House are on a steep hillside with steps and pathways making access difficult for some. There is no vehicular access to The Terrace but parking is available nearby.
