Old Greasby Road, a triumph over adversity - Virtual Open Garden - NGS
When a flood all but wiped out their garden in Merseyside, owners Jon Price and Lesley Whorton set about salvaging what they could from the mud. The garden that they created over the next eleven years was a triumph over adversity. Justifiably proud of their hard work you can share their journey from quagmire to floriferous delight – be inspired!
The National Garden Scheme gives visitors unique access to over 3,500 exceptional private gardens in England and Wales, and raises impressive amounts of money for nursing and health charities through admissions, teas and cake.
