Yoga at Home: Chilled Evening Flow
What you'll do
This is a chilled evening yoga class where we check in with ourselves, breathe deep, let go and restore. It's a productive thing to do at home for mindfulness and caring for yourself.
With slow embodied movement, flow and stillness we create space and deep connecting with our body, mind, heart and soul, releasing tension and nourishing ourselves on every level.
This live online class will begin with cleansing breathwork and grounding meditation. You will then energise your system with movement and flow before sinking into stillness in Yin. This includes longer held poses close to the ground, with an emphasis on surrender, sinking deep & letting go.
This class is great for beginner Yogi's and those with a more developed practice looking to release, restore and relax. It's a perfect online class if you need indoor activities to get you moving.
