Redundant Churches An online talk by Dr Frances Hurd
The Churches Conservation Trust is the largest national charity caring for redundant churches. Amongst its responsibilities are nine churches in Hampshire, ranging in date from pre-Conquest to the 1870s, but all equally fascinating and well worth a visit.
Dr Frances Hurd, former Regional Officer for the Churches Conservation Trust in Hampshire and Wiltshire, joins us to talk about these incredible buildings and their history.
