iTRI is an incredible long distance triathlon. But by completing it in bite sized chunks across the whole of March, you can conquer it whenever and wherever suits you. You’ve got 31 days to swim 2.4 miles (or swap for another activity), cycle 112 miles and run 26.2 miles.
