The Talkies: Women of Tudor House
For March's 'Talkies', we're celebrating Women's History month with a look at some of the girls and women who've lived and worked in Tudor House over the centuries. We start in the Tudor period, looking at what it was like to be the wife of a well-to-do broadcloth merchant, travel to the eighteenth century to visit some of the Cross Keys' landladies and end in the Victorian period, when Tudor House was home to working-class women who worked hard in vario
