Community Yoga class

Expect this class to open gently, move into a grounding and mindfully paced yoga and movement practice, and finish with simple meditation and relaxation. A gentle flow inspired class open to all levels, aiming to help build a connection between the breath and movement. Beginner friendly and trauma informed.
