Dru Yoga - Gentle

Gentle Dru Yoga is a gentle, flowing form of yoga moving with the breath. These sessions are designed to be as inclusive as possible. Great for Back Care and maintenance of healthy spine, as we work through the 'six ways' of spinal movement. Live, online sessions allow for guidance and suggestions about how to best adapt the yoga postures for your own needs. Each session begins with the Theme for the day, followed by Activations to warm through the body; Energy Block Release (EBR) sequence to release negative stress and encourage a sense of energy and wellbeing. Asanas (postures) relevant to the Theme then follow, and the session is completed with a focus on Pranayama (breathing) and Savasana (relaxation). Age group 40s-70+ Participants welcome from UK, Europe & Australia.
