Dru Yoga - Gentle
Gentle Dru Yoga is a gentle, flowing form of yoga moving with the breath. These sessions are designed to be as inclusive as possible. Great for Back Care and maintenance of healthy spine, as we work through the 'six ways' of spinal movement. Live, online sessions allow for guidance and suggestions about how to best adapt the yoga postures for your own needs.
