Invented by Joseph Pilates in 1926, the exercise programme remains one of the most popular and well-known ways to strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility. Enhances motor learning, physiological and psychological functioning. Small groups to ensure personal attention to your specific needs and space at the newly refurbished Community Centre.
Please bring your own exercise mat and water.
Tuesdays 7pm-8pm in the Cyril Boatman Hall. 4 classes for £30 or £8 per week pay-as-you-go depending upon space available.
