Mixed level Beginner/Intermediate Pilates mat-work. Invented by Joseph Pilates in 1926, the exercise programme remains one of the most popular and well-known ways to strengthen core muscles and improve flexibility. Enhances motor learning, physiological and psychological functioning.
Tuesdays 6pm-6.50pm. Online Club membership fee £5 followed by monthly subscription of £16 gives access to Tai Chi plus all my online classes each week, plus videos and newsletter. Reductions for people with long-term neurological conditions.
