Alnwick Masonic Centre
Heritage Open Day: Alnwick Masonic Centre including the Masonic Meeting Room with unique historical artefacts on view. Visitor's will be able to search if any of their ancestors have been Past Masters of the Lodges meeting in Alnwick by studying the Honour Boards. Alnwick Masonic Centre is used by three Masonic Lodges in the town. Alnwick 1167, Hulne Priory 6464 and Coquetdale 5122 and seven side orders. The Meeting Room contains one of the finest examples of 19th century English furniture, a giant oak sideboard depicting the Battle of Chevy Chase. There are also many other fascinating artefacts concerning Freemasonry and the town on display.
