Behind the Scaffolding at Ladbroke Church - Part 1- Stonework
Heritage Open Day: Watch a 20 minute talk to discover the more about the stonework repairs in 2020 All Saints' Church with its unusual striped tower, Gilbert Scott interior and fine stained glass stands in a picture postcard setting within the small village of Ladbroke.
Major renovations to the stonework started in 2020. This talk, first shown in Jan 2021, explains the stone's journey from quarry to tower and how skilled masons replace the old stone with new.
