Heritage Open Day: Transition Tynedale, who manage the edible planters, community garden and community orchard in Hexham have created a map with a walking route. Use the map to take a walk around Hexham's planters filled with edible herbs, its community garden and community orchard. The map tells a story as you take in the many edibles around town.
