Exclusive for 2022! After their last sellout show at the Barn, we are delighted to welcome back GreenMatthews with this amazing festive show.
Gaudete! includes an expanded line-up playing new and exciting arrangements of Chris and Sophie’s popular festive fare. Featuring Emily Baines on early woodwinds and Richard Heacock on violin, their music is lush, rich and heartwarming – perfectly evoking the Spirit of Christmas Past. Their repertoire spans 600 years from the Middle Ages to the 20th century. Featuring Christmas carols, winter folk songs, toe-tapping tunes and a plethora of weird and wonderful instruments, Gaudete! brings the festive season to life in a riot of sound and colour.

Please note that free car parking for this event is at Winterbourne Academy on the High Street (BS36 1JL). From there it is a pleasant 10 - 15 minute walk down Church Lane to the Barn. If you have mobility issues and cannot the walk, please contact us to reserve a car parking space at the Barn. Please do not park in Church Lane.
There is plenty of bicycle parking at the Barn for those arriving on two wheels.
