Henley-on-Thames retirees invited to gin and jazz afternoon

Local retirees are invited to a Gin and Jazz afternoon at McCarthy Stone’s Albert Court Retirement Living Plus development in Henley-on-Thames on Thursday 30th September.

From 3pm to 5pm all are welcome to join the McCarthy Stone team and homeowners for local gin cocktails and live jazz music at the development on Reading Road. In addition, there will also be the opportunity to take a closer look around the show suite at the retirement community, as well as meet the homeowners who already call Albert Court home.

Attendees are required to book in advance to secure a space on the guest list by calling 0800 201 4743.

Prices for the one and two-bedroom apartments at Albert Court currently start from £400,000 and £550,000 respectively. There are also rental options available to make moving even easier, with rents currently starting from £2,745pcm for a one-bedroom apartment and from £4,230pcm for a two-bedroom apartment.

More than nine out of 10 customers would recommend McCarthy Stone to a friend, ensuring it has received the full Five Star award for customer satisfaction from the Home Builders Federation for 16 years’ running. McCarthy Stone is the only UK housebuilder of any size or type to achieve this accolade for 16 consecutive years, which is every year the awards have been run.

McCarthy Stone also received the Housebuilder Special Recognition Award 2020 for working hard to protect its customers – Covid-19 infection rates among homeowners are significantly below the national rate of infection across all age groups – and for innovation in the retirement sector.
