Haydn's Creation
Salford Choral Society are delighted to return to live performances with Haydn's dramatic telling of the creation story. Haydn’s adventurous harmony exceptional rhythmic and melodic inventiveness bring the narrative to life with an almost operatic vividness and power. Soloists Rachel Abbott (soprano) Philip Clieve (tenor) and Thomas D Hopkinson (bass) represent the Archangels Gabriel Uriel and Raphael together with Adam and Eve.
