UMEnourish: Nourishment for Emergence plus Support for Winter Immunity

UMEUS’ resident nutritionist Suki Sabine will be offering a one off session exploring nourishment and nutritional support for winter immunity as well as exercise, gut and brain health, stress and relaxation and sleep and energy.

Offering two sessions, one at 2pm and one at 6pm on Monday 6th December at UMEUS Foundation Clinic in Hove.

The sessions are pre-book only and cost £15 a ticket, which includes a soup and recipes to take away.
