Meditation Course - Introduction to Buddhism

Learn the core insights and practices of Buddhism in a practical and accessible way – from meditation and mindfulness to reincarnation, karma and how to attain the supreme peace known as nirvana.
January 4: Identifying the mind and understanding how it functions to create both happiness and suffering
January 11: Exploring the relationship between our mind and our world
January 18: Creating a positive future and purifying our mind
January 25: Creating happiness
February 1: Introduction to the four noble truths
February 8: Where do our problems come from?
February 15: Destination nirvana!
These classes are taught by the Resident Teacher Gen Kelsang Nyingpo. She has a wealth of experience having been ordained as a Buddhist nun for 25 years and taught for many years internationally. Her teachings are warm and inspiring and she understands the challenges people face in their lives, offering practical advice and solutions for the modern world. Everyone is welcome.
