About the tutor
Karen works across media, painting, drawing and printmaking, selecting media to respond to a variety of reference sources, particularly those found in the landscape, natural and man-made.
Excited by the creation of colour in her paintings, she also finds the quality of the marks produced in printmaking particularly fascinating. Experiencing ‘the reveal’ is one of the joys of working with printmaking processes.
