Isaacson’s - Open Garden for NGS
Warmed and sheltered by the mediaeval walls of a C14 house (the oldest in Burwell) the garden is richly diverse in format and planting. There are 'theatres' (auricula, pinks), hints of Snowdonia, the Mediterranean, and a French potager, Anglesey Abbey in the snowdrop season and much else. Throughout there are many interesting, unusual and rare plants. Around each corner a new vista surprises.
Sun 26 June (12-5.30). Combined adm with Burwell Village Gardens £6, Children free. Home-made teas. Times:12:00 to 17:30. Open for charity.
