Rectory House - Open Garden for NGS
The garden is next to Kedleston Park and is of C18 origin. Many established rare trees and shrubs also rhododendrons, azaleas and unusual roses. Large natural pond with amusing frog fountain. Primulas, gunneras, darmeras and lots of moisture loving plants. The winding paths go through trees and past wildflowers and grasses. New woodland with rare plants. An atmospheric garden.
Sun 29 May (2-5). Admission £5, Children free. Home-made teas. Times:14:00 to 17:00. Open for charity.
