Markenfield Hall - Open Garden for NGS
By guided tour only - starts 2pm (max 10 people). The work of the Halls owner Lady Deirdre Curteis and gardener Giles Gilbey. Mature planting combines with newly designed areas, where walls with espaliered apricots and figs frame a mix of hardy perennials. In 2018 the Farmhouse Border was replanted to eventually blend seamlessly with the Halls main East Border.
Tue 3 May, Tue 14 June, Tue 12 July (2-3). Admission £5, Children free. Pre-booking essential, please visit www.ngs.org.uk for information & booking. Home-made teas in the Hall. Times:14:00 to 15:00. Open for charity.
