Aberangell Village Gardens - Open Garden for NGS
The beautiful village of Aberangell is on the River Angell on edge of Snowdonia National Park with forest tracks and mountains providing backdrop. Four very different gardens: Ger y Llyn, small newly designed and thoughtfully developed garden, beautiful borders, vegetable plot, originally designed water feature, wild area: Innisfree terraced garden built into steep hillside with viewpoint, raised beds and innovative ideas: Pen Pentre on site of old station many railway artefacts displayed in original waiting room; cottage garden style planting with vegetable plot and wildflower bed situated on what was the railway line.
Sat 2, Sun 3 July (11-4). Combined adm £6, Children free. Home-made teas at Ger Y Llyn & Pen Pentre. WC facilities in village hall at top of village & Pen Pentre. Times:11:00 to 16:00. Open for charity.
